Here’s how to get the most out of Air Dry Paper Clay Creative Clay:
🎨 Blending & Marbling Colours
Mix colours together to expand your palette. Add white to lighten and brighten tones. For marbled effects, gently mix colours without fully blending them.
🧱 Model Making
Press the clay onto surfaces or join parts together while wet—it bonds on contact without the need for adhesives, special tools, or joining techniques. This makes it perfect for model making and a favourite among all age groups.
🖼️ Building Up Surfaces
Press the clay directly onto canvas or paper to create a 3D effect or to build up a textured surface to paint on.
🌀 Creating Forms
Shape a frame and mould the clay over it. Smooth the surface and add fine details as needed for more complex forms.
🧵 Using as a Canvas
Emboss or imprint designs and patterns directly into the clay surface to use it as a textured base for further decoration.
🪵 Shaping & Finishing a Form
Apply the clay to any object to create a custom shape. Once dry, seal it, then alternate between sanding and painting to achieve a smooth, polished finish. Complete your piece with a coat of varnish for a stunning final look.
