Christmas Paper Basket Fill

Bring Christmas creations to life with colourful shredded paper fill in festive red, green and brown. Perfect for gift baskets, treat bags, collages and Christmas craft activities.

Add a festive finishing touch to Christmas crafts, gift baskets and creative play with this colourful shredded paper fill. Pair it with our Christmas Wooden Hangers, Christmas Felt Star Decorations or Wood Christmas Baubles for cheerful seasonal projects.

Children can use the paper fill to decorate baskets, gift boxes, treat bags and imaginative Christmas displays. It also provides an engaging loose-part material for collage, sorting and creative construction activities.

The red, green and brown colours bring instant Christmas spirit to children’s artwork and displays. Its lightweight texture encourages children to grasp, pinch, pull and position individual pieces during creative activities.

These actions support fine motor development and hand eye coordination through purposeful, hands on play. Educators can introduce colour recognition, matching, counting and sorting while children explore the different coloured pieces.

Children can create shared decorations that encourage belonging, family connections and collaborative experiences. Making Christmas creations can also support identity by allowing children to share family traditions and festive experiences.

This versatile craft material offers educational value beyond simple decoration. It encourages creativity, sensory exploration, decision-making and open-ended artistic expression.

Use it at home, in childcare environments, classrooms or during Christmas themed group activities.
