Sand art picture cards are like big stickers separated into sections to make up different parts of the picture. You peel off the plastic cover bit by bit, sprinkling coloured sand onto the sticky areas, removing excess sand after each section is complete.  Repeat for each part of the picture you want to decorate, using dark colours first where possible.
